1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services of "MarketTest", you fully accept these "Terms of Service". These terms, together with the "Privacy Policy" and "Risk Disclosure", form the agreement between you and the platform.

If you do not agree with all or part of these terms, please refrain from creating an account or using the services.

2Description of Services

MarketTest is a technical platform for automated execution of crypto arbitrage trades. The platform software engine monitors price gaps across the connected exchanges around the clock and executes trades in the exchange accounts according to the user’s selected plan.

After choosing a plan and making the initial deposit, the user activates the bot for their account. Details of each plan (daily trade count, daily profit rate, capital payback period, and withdrawal conditions) are stated on the «Pricing» page and form part of this agreement.

3Eligibility & User Obligations

Users must be of legal age under the laws of their place of residence (at least 18 years old).

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering and apply any changes.

Using the services for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or circumventing sanctions is prohibited.

The user is responsible for the security of their username, password, and account access; every activity performed from their account is attributed to them.

4Registration & User Account

Registration is free and done through the account page. After verification, the user can choose their plan and proceed to deposit.

MarketTest reserves the right to suspend or block an account in case of violations, incorrect information, or abusive behavior.

5Deposits

Deposits are made only in USDT through the addresses provided in the user account. The minimum deposit is $50.

The user must carefully select the correct network and destination address. MarketTest is not responsible for deposits sent to a wrong address or network, although it will assist with recovery efforts.

Deposit confirmation time depends on blockchain network conditions.

6Daily Profit & Withdrawals

Daily profit is added to the user balance after each trading cycle, based on the rate of the active plan.

Withdrawal requests are released after approval, so they may take a little while.

Network fees at withdrawal are borne by the user and deducted from the withdrawn amount.

Per plan terms, the principal is 100% guaranteed and withdrawable.

7Plans & Automatic Upgrades

The user can choose one of the Bronze, Silver, Gold, or VIP plans. Full details are available on the pricing page.

Once active referrals reach the set thresholds (5, 10, and 15), the user plan is upgraded automatically with no new deposit needed.

MarketTest reserves the right to change plan specifications for new users; changes will not apply to previously active users unless announced.

8Referral Program

For every new user who registers with your referral code and completes their first deposit, 20% of that deposit is added to your balance.

In case of detected abuse, MarketTest reserves the right to void bonuses and block the account.

9Termination & Suspension

MarketTest may temporarily or permanently suspend user access in cases of terms violation, abusive behavior, security threats, or legal requirements.

If suspended due to a violation, the balance will be withdrawable or frozen in line with AML rules after review.

10Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". MarketTest offers no guarantee beyond what is explicitly stated in the plan terms (such as the principal guarantee).

MarketTest is not responsible for service interruptions caused by maintenance, network issues, blockchain, third-party exchanges, or factors beyond its control.

MarketTest maximum liability for any claim is limited to the user account balance.

11Changes to Terms

MarketTest may update these terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page, and the update date is shown at the top.

Continued use of the services after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Attempting to resolve disputes amicably through support is the first step. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be handled under the applicable laws and competent authorities at the company registration location.

The user is responsible for complying with their local laws regarding cryptocurrencies and taxes on income derived from these services.
